About EAF  "An Executive Think Tank"  Yes, it really is lonely at the top.

If you're not out in front, you're most likely behind.  That's the philosophy of EAF.   Keeping our members ahead of the information curve and out on the margin, especially in business and other topics that affect business.  Our premise is that "to be interesting, one must be interested."
We cut through all the chit-chat and have impactful conversations about cutting edge topics that most people aren't even aware of "yet".  We bring our own expertise to the sessions and include outside experts to showcase their knowledge on topics we should know about, but just don't have the time to investigate.   For example: We were learning about cyber-security before it became a buzz word and are still ahead of the curve when it comes to information and knowledge and AI.

"It’s lonely at the top!" That is the sentiment so many members feel before joining EAF. Each day executives make daunting decisions. Often it is difficult and sometimes unwise to express concerns about business and candidly review business opportunities with an employee.

Within EAF, executives and entrepreneurs at small-and-medium-sized businesses come together to share their knowledge, discuss challenges in current and evolving business environments, and find solutions. It is a forum for connecting and learning with and from each other. EAF meetings include business planning, marketing, succession planning, personnel issues, estate planning and general life balance discussions. It is a forum based on a signed confidentiality agreement and is professionally facilitated. Each member will receive valuable peer counsel for collaboration on business issues and be challenged to create a strategic plan to capitalize on business opportunities. EAF is a caring and practical group of individuals who hold one another accountable and who provide additional insight into how to improve their businesses.

Operating Principles: 1) Listen deeply as allies. 2) Operate from a place deep within myself. 3) Commit to and show up for the dates and times we set. 4) Open to learning about myself, my business and the world around me. 5) Allow for full dialogue and individual thinking. 6) Build upon each others ideas. 7) Be authentic and caring while listening and providing advice and ideas.

Industries represented within EAF include International telecommunications, accounting, human resources, legal, banking, commercial real estate investments, civil engineering,  medical & health, construction, architecture & engineering, insurance, financial planning and construction supply retail.   Gross revenues of EAF member companies range from $2M to $50M.  Along with EAF member issues discussed, presentations pertinent to running a business are featured.   Examples include social media, business planning, conventional and SBA financing, marketing & public relations, leading indicators, professionalism, tax savings for businesses, presentation skills and leadership development.    Guest speakers include the FBI, University Professors, Thought Leaders, Financial Specialists, Organizational Development Experts, Social Media Experts, Technology Wizards, Sales & Marketing Professionals.

Due to the confidential information shared at each meeting, no competing businesses belong to the same chapter.

EAF is a membership organization.  Thanks to our corporate sponsors who underwrite some of the costs associated with organizating and conducting executive sessions,  the membership dues are only $5,500.  They may be paid quarterly.
